Terms of Service

By accessing and using RakuReach (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

RakuReach is a professional networking automation platform that provides:

• AI-powered email outreach and personalization
• Automated follow-up sequences and scheduled sends, with your approval
• An agent flow that drafts, plans, and proposes next steps for you to review
• Calendar integration, availability detection, and meeting scheduling
• Meeting prep briefs generated from your calendar and contact data
• Response classification and reply tracking
• Contact lookup and email verification using third-party data providers
• Contact import through web research, CSV upload, and manual entry
• Contact management and weekly digest emails

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

You agree NOT to:

• Send spam, unsolicited emails, or violate anti-spam laws
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm others through the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Scrape or collect data from the Service without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to create accounts or use the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5.1 Current access

RakuReach currently provides one included access level for active users. Usage limits may apply and may be updated from time to time to protect product reliability.

5.2 Billing

Paid checkout is disabled at this time. If paid plans return, payments will be processed only after you intentionally choose a paid plan and review the payment processor terms presented at checkout.

5.3 Cancellation and refunds

If paid subscriptions return, cancellation and refund terms will be presented before checkout.

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by RakuReach and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit.

Our Service integrates with third-party services to deliver core functionality. The current set includes Google (Gmail and Calendar), LinkedIn data you provide or import through CSV, Supabase (database, authentication, and storage), Vercel (web hosting), Resend (transactional email), Hunter.io (email lookup), Exa (web research), Upstash (rate limiting), and AI model providers (currently OpenRouter, Google Gemini, and direct Google Gemini). Feedback you submit from the product is forwarded to our issue tracker (Linear) so we can act on it.

Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services. See our Privacy Policy for what we share with each processor and why.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAKUREACH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RakuReach from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
