You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused portions of the Service.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit.

Our Service integrates with third-party services including Google (Gmail, Calendar), LinkedIn, and AI providers. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAKUREACH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RakuReach from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
